If you have professional or lived experience in child welfare, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Board of Directors is very involved with the organization. We want child welfare professionals, Biological parents, foster parents, and former foster youth as part of our leadership team, utilizing their lived experiences to advocate for families whose voices are drowned out.

​

We will be in touch once your application is received and reviewed.

Applications close June 30, 2025.

Expectations & Responsibilities

of a Board Member:


  • Engaging in quarterly board meetings

  • Participating in fundraising

  • Helping the team in creating budgets

  • Sharing our mission and platform with your network

  • Building relationships with the community

  • Attending public events
